possible scammer?

I've been talking with a girl named Yana from Lugansk Ukraine id. 98641 .Seems legit but doesn't answer questions .She is with an agency there but I do not know the name.

From Lugansh tells the hold story that is the scam capitol of Ukraine and even more of a problem it is a agency your dealing with , BIG FAT SCAM !
3 location that most likely the worst scams come from Lugansk / Odessa / Lutsk .
I have no idea why these locations are so bad but they are the worst .

That is a clear sign she is a scammer, or maybe a fake profile created by a fat ugly russian guy.

Even if she is scammer - I think it would be good idea to send some money to Ukraine. Because they have no money to pay our gas.
Maybe it's special action? Maybe it's prime minister Timoshenko and she try to find money via Internet?
