Just click on Forgot Password link at the bottom of the main page page, you will be asked to enter your email address, and hit Send me my password. It will be sent to you.

Q. | HOW DO I CHANGE MY E-MAIL/PASSWORD? |

You need to login as a member first, then go to My profile – Settings choose your new e-mail address or password, and confirm changes by hitting Save button below. After this you can log in with your new data. |
Q. | HOW DO I BECOME A NEW MEMBER? |

It's easy to do - just go to left panel and click "Join Us Now" link. It takes only a few minutes to complete your registration. When you click "Join Us Now" link, a separate registration window will pop up. On the registration window, pick e-mail, password, gender, sexual preference and age. You also can make use of the optional offer to receive our weekly newsletter of new members profiles. You also should read our Registration Rules. After this hit Sign up button. Be sure to remember your valid e-mail and password you provided while registering. This info also will be sent to your e-mail and you will need this every time when you log in. Your registration is not done yet. Doing Step 2 you will add more personal information about yourself, add 2 photos, write in short about your preferences. |
Q. | HOW DO I UPDATE MY PROFILE? |

You need to login first, then go to My Profile. In the Settings section you can change your email address, password, age, orientation, subscription. All the other information including personal text and pictures can be edited in Profile section. |
Q. | HOW DO I DELETE MY PROFILE? |

You need to login first, then go to My Profile ->Settings. At the bottom you will find link Remove my profile. Make sure you really want to delete your profile by confirming it. Your profile will be immediately removed from the database along with your pictures. |
Q. | WHY I CAN’T REGISTER AS SYSTEM SAYS MY E-MAIL IS ALREADY REGISTERED? |

If you started to create your ad within but then on some reason were not able to complete your registration, the system saves your login information, and when you try register anew, an error message will pop up. Our system is designed this way to protect against junk ads. If you need to continue your registration, you need to log in from the Home page as a member and this will automatically allow you to the Registration, Step 2. |
Q. | WHY SHOULD I POST MY PICTURES? |

Ads with pictures get browsed several times more often than those without pictures, and consequently receive more responses. There is little chance that your ad will be noticed and appreciated if it has no picture. Majority of our members automatically choose “Show profiles with pictures” and this way you are not included into the most active search zone. It means that very little number of people may read your profile. Such ads also will not be saved in the database after three months passing since registered. |

Exchanging personal mailing information is a privilege of New Dating Paid members, they can both send and receive contact details from all other registered members. The filter deletes any contact information included into the messages of regular members automatically. |
Q. | HOW DO I SEND AN AD TO A FRIEND? |

First you need to login as a member. Find an ad you like by either browsing or searching by certain ID. Once you find an ad, below the photo on the left side, click the link icon with tip message "Send to Friend", type your friend's name field and your friend's email address, and click Send button below. |

All Privileged members who bought membership can give and receive direct contact information including e-mail, phone, home address, icq, etc.

Q. | WHAT IS YOUR ANTI-SCAM POLICY? |

We do struggle against such members, delete their information, block further access to the site, add information to the black list.
Any problems in this regard can be discussed at our Forum.
Unfortunately we do not have possibility to meet our members personally due to the big number of people and also geographical variety. Most depends on the members themselves. On our side we offer good conveniences for our members to get new acquaintances and start relationships but success of this relationship depends only on the couple who choose each other but not us. |

All newly-registered female members can send and receive e-mails through our internal e-mail system, although will not be able to send or receive any direct contact details, as this will be deleted by the filter. |

No, your credit card will not be charged re-curringly when your membership expires. It is only up to you whether to continue paid membership or not. |
