 A TRIP TO CHEBOKSARY,RUSSIA

I have serious plans for a trip this December for 3 weeks too Russia,Cheboksary can anybody here give any helpfull information regarding this trip.The reason why December rather then in the summer is i am very busy all summer as i am in residential construction.I am looking for any tips at all re: thing as best way to travel, and things to watch for and maybemore.

I often visit this city during my business trips. Cheboksary is very beautiful, but in winter time it is very cold there and not so interesting. People are very hospitable.
