Too much bickering here

There has been a lot of animosity in the forum lately. I know that we do not all agree with everything that is said,but whatever is said by the ladies of FSU is especially important to me. I would gladly give up my own opinions in favor of these ladies being more outgoing with their statements,because if I wanted to know the rude,crude,and inflammatory postings made by some of you guys--I would just surf into an AOL site,or some other disreputable place of attack/counterattack. Grow up a little,mature! There is one lady here in particular who I admire much for her strength in the face of such childish attacks. I have also displeased her with one of my postings. We all have the right to opinions,but the attacks are unwarranted. Her opinion is made more valuable because she is not a clone,or carbon copy of every woman you imagine. I do not want the watered down and weak version of a woman--I want the whole damn thing--opinion and all. And this to me is more important than some dude`s ego!!

Amen to that,
But I think some of the bickering, is good "from the ladies point" it give some of the men who don't know what an Ukrainen or Russian lady thinks
like, and some of the language problems that happen by mistake.

good point,Andy. If the FSU women quibble, and no guys intervene,then we can truly learn from the perspective of an FSU woman. I can guess how half of all ( North ) American guys are going to react,so there is no ground being conquered here-no lesson learned from it. I do think that this forum is a teaching tool for 2 very different cultures,and that probably so much paranoia, confusion,andignorance between our nations would have disappeared if we had the language power of the internet back in the old days ,when America and the Soviet Union really knew so little about each other.

That is what I am saying as well. No need for some of the personal attacks even if they are made in jest, because some of the humor doesn't come across very well. There are a lot of differences in opinions no matter which mall you shop at. So it is nice to hear the differences, but do your own shopping and if you don't want to buy the product.. let someone else that wants and needs it to buy it.

And true Andy that we can use all the different angles to learn thoughts and character . But learning is cool !! Now we all need to go out and have some fun.. Everyone meet at the restaurant and club later. Maybe we will find that special person . Ha.
