 Is it normal/acceptable for Russian girls to lower their real age?

I was curious if in Russian society it is quite normal for a woman to decrease her age; for example, she says she is 27 years in age when really she is 35 years.

I think it is normal for every woman............. you know - never ask her age. If it matters you are disqualified!

BTW - i'm 25............ :-)

But you are replying as a man. I would love to hear some replies from Russian women on this matter.
I have no problems with a woman saying her age is less than her real age. I am fine with that.

Not as much as Russian women according to my experiences.

Depends of the situation (and this happens all over the world, except in the South Pole)... if they are 17, they will say they are 21 just to get into the dance club ;-)

Actually, Russian women are usually much more honest (in my experience) than Western women, about things like age, weight, height.
