It is as important as each person makes it. Nothing less, nothing more. If something doesn't matter to someone, they have the choice to ignore it. It reminds me of the story of the little boy they kept poking his finger in his eye. He started crying and said "mommy, my eye hurts." Mommy turned to his son and said "son, stop poking your finger in your eye and it will stop hurting."

So, if something is painful in any way, stop. But don't assume that it will be painful to everyone.

The answer is "nyet".
And about the kid with the finger in his eye, his mother asked him why he did it and he said "Because it feels so good when I stop". So it goes with
forum.
